HIRING CHEAP MOVING LABOR BOUGHT THEM BOY’S SOME BEERS BUT COST A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY IN REPAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T GET TAKEN FROM ONE OF THESE SO CALLED "MOVING COMPANIES", WHEN YOU MOVE DO YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS INSURED OR JUST TOLD THEY HAVE INSURANCE?
Lets ask our self a question when moving, is my moving company legal, In most States moving companies has to be registered with the Public Utilities Commission, In order to be registered they have to have minimum Cargo Insurance which covers anything which is MOVED BY THE MOVER, this takes effect when they start the move till the end of the move. (There should never be any extra charges for this since it is required) Their Moving Truck has to have minimum Limited Liability Insurance in-case they run into someone else with their truck with your furniture aboard, also have tariffs on file with the Public Utilities Commission. (Hourly Charges etc.) The Public Utilities Commission checks all this information out , then issue's a Public Utilities Commission # If you hire a so called moving company at the very least get their Public Utilities Commission (NUMBER) or check the Public Utilities Commission website where they will have your legal moving company listed. A couple questions, what if they bang your walls, who's going to fix them, What if they are convicted sexual predators, are they allowed to move people too? ask the Public Utilities Commission they will tell you. My advice is just because you found them in the advertised in your local phone book doesn’t mean their registered and legal to do business in your State.
